- Where does the data come from?
- Public SEC EDGAR filings (Form D and D/A). Two years of history are loaded from the SEC's quarterly data sets; new filings come from the daily index. Nothing is scraped from private sources.
- Do you provide email addresses?
- No. We provide what the filing provides: the issuer's phone number and address, the related persons (officers, directors, promoters) with their titles, placement agents, and the signer. Contact discovery is your CRM's job; the trigger and the names are ours.
- How fast is it?
- EDGAR publishes the day's index after 10pm ET. The feed is processed overnight and the email goes out at 8:30am ET. Filings are visible on the site the same morning.
- What is the free sample?
- Five fund launches a week, one week delayed, headline and summary only. It exists so you can judge the scoring before paying.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from the billing portal linked in every email, any time. Trials are 7 days with a card on file and convert automatically unless cancelled.
- Is this investment advice?
- No. It is a data product about public filings for business-development use. It says nothing about whether any fund or company is a good investment.
